The Tuesday Project is a group of home educating families who meet up regularly (on Tuesdays!) to provide acitivities for their children. With children ranging from babes in arms to almost-teenagers, we cover a wide variety of topics and activities.
This blog is written by a number of the families involved and it’s our attempt to shed some light on what home education looks like in reality. The families involved take a variety of approaches to education and so we hope to show that home education is as varied as the people involved.
Home educating families receive no assistance with the cost of educating their children, and so the Tuesday Project has set up an official fundraising committee to help fund outside workshops and other opportunities which might ordinarily be beyond the financial reach of our members.
We welcome the opportunity to review products which our members would find interesting or useful in their activities. These might include craft items, books, online courses, subscriptions to educational programmes and more. Review items will be given to one of our contributing families to road test and review.
